Terms:
All entries will be must be in by the 31st of March 2010 (midday) and the winner will be drawn at random on that date at 5pm. Competition is open to everyone however the '3 Things' prize will only be shipped to a location within New Zealand.  Prizes can be swapped to something else if the items are out of stock or no longer available at the time of the draw.  The winner will be selected by random using www.random.org.  The decision is final.  The winner will be contacted by email and needs to get back in touch with Daisy Baby within 14 days by either email or phone otherwise they will no longer be elligible to claim their prize.

If you do not wish to use your credit card online you can place an order just select the offline payment option.  You will be emailed through an invoice with the total amount to pay.  Please use your name and invoice number in the reference fields.  Daisy Baby's bank details are as follows:

Layby
If you wish to layby please place an order by selecting offline payment at checkout.  You will then be emailed an invoice with the total amount owing and details regarding paying by layby including bank details.  We will hold your item for 12 weeks in which time payment needs to be made in full, otherwise your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given for any payments made.  20% deposit is all I require to place your items on layby.

Delivery
When you proceed to checkout the delivery fee will automatically come up.  Delivery is a flat fee of $6.50 (including GST) throughout NZ (including rural addresses).  Daisy Baby  uses NZ Couriers or Fastways and orders usually get out within 48 hours.  Daisy Baby ships internationally and these items are sent by NZ International Air Mail.  Prices for the shipping will come up when you place your order depending on the country you select.  Additional delivery charges may apply to larger items being shipped internationally.  We will emai you straight away to advise if there are any extra costs.  Daisy Baby endeavours to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  If for any reason we cannot get your order to you within a reasonable time, you will be notified as soon as possible so that you can make a decision regarding backorders.  Daisy Baby Limited will not be liable for delays beyond our control, especially for pre-Christmas consignments held up by Post Offices or freight organisations at either end.

Returns Policy
Daisy Baby prides itself on its high standards of quality control.  If your order is not quite what you imagined, simply notify us at bex@daisybaby.co.nz within 7 days of its receipt and we will exchange, repair or refund your purchase.
All you have to do is:

• Return it to us at your cost within 30 days of emailing us
• Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused with the original tickets/labels in place.
• Please advise us whether you are sending the merchandise by courier or post.

We will then send the replacement or repair back to you at our cost or refund your purchase immediately.

Stock/Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted via email and informed of the expected delivery date.

GST
GST within New Zealand a charge of 12.5% GST is included in all retail prices shown.  If you are purchasing from outside New Zealand when you go through to the checkout the GST will be removed from the prices shown.

Currency
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars

Voucher Codes
If you have been given a voucher code to use online.  The voucher code will need to be entered only when you go to purchase your order through the shopping cart.  Voucher codes can only be used once per person/address. Voucher codes do not apply to on-sale items and if used you will receive an email notifying of this.

GIFT WRAPPING
We provide a gift wrapping service.  When you have selected the items and proceed to the checkout you can select for the items to be gift wrapped for either a boy, girl or unisex.  You can also select a different delivery address to your own.  We wrap all our gifts in a white gloss paper and add a beautiful bow.  There is a space where you can write a message and this will be handwritten onto a card which is included in the gift wrapping fee.  If you require anything out of the ordinary, please contact us and we will always do what we can to help. Standard gift wrapping is $4.95 inc GST per item.  Some items are unable to be gift wrapped due to the size, we will email you if this is the case when you place an order.

Shoe Sizing Chart
The 2feettall & growing... shoes are available in sizes 3 to 11.  This size range will fit a 1 year old to 5 year old.  We recommend that you view the sizing chart below, which has the sizing guidelines for each of our styles.
