ROZZIES CAKES
Yummy cakes, clever designs, quality assured. Roz makes the most fabulous cakes and I can personally guarantee this as Roz made my son's 3rd birthday cake. Billy wanted a transformer cake - 'Optimus Prime' and I couldn't believe the detail and what an amazing jod she did. You should have seen Billy's face ... priceless!!

SLINGBABIES
Slingbabies has the most up-to-date accurate information on choosing and using a baby sling/carrier in New Zealand. Both my babies have been 'slingbabies' and I highly recommend carrying your baby for so many reasons. My first son Billy had such bad reflux and he loved sleeping upright so a sling was just perfect. My second son Ollie just about lives in my Popit wrap and I love that I can kiss him and have him so close to me. Sling wearing has helped me really connect and give a real closeness to my boys and I can't recommend Jessica's website and group sessions enough - simply fantastic!
Jessica formed the Slingbabies group in response to a huge gap in babywearing support in NZ. The only information she could find was on international websites, and there was nothing in NZ for real-life sling support. Over time she gathered a lot of knowledge about carriers and babywearing, so decided to create a real-life group to help other mums. She has built up a sizeable sling 'library' to lend carriers so people can 'try before they buy', as most good carriers are only available online and it isn't possible to trial them.
The slingbabies website is a natural continuance of the group, to have information and vendors relevant to NZ so people know what's available here. Jessica does it all in her own time, with her own money and donations. "I just love to see babies in carriers, and want to share what I've learned. After all, babies and family is the whole reason we babywear, and whatever makes our lives easier has got to be good".
