Returns Policy
Daisy Baby Limited prides itself on its high standards of quality control. If your order is not quite what you imagined, simply notify us at bex@daisybaby.co.nz within 7 days of its receipt and we will exchange, repair or refund your purchase.
All you have to do is:
• Return it to us at your cost within 30 days of emailing us.
• Ensure the item is in its original condition unused with the original ticket in place.
• Please advise us whether you are sending the merchandise by courier or post.

We will then send the replacement or repair back to you at our cost or refund your purchase immediately.

Stock/Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted via email and informed of the expected delivery date.

Shipping Information
All standard items purchased from Daisy Baby Limited are shipped using NZ Couriers.  We ship to most international locations via New Zealand Post, DHL or FedEx. If you are unsure about shipping, please contact us.

Delivery Information
Daisy Baby Limited endeavors to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The majority of our delivery times should be within 10 working days of the receipt of order (excluding weekends or public holidays).
If for any reason we cannot get your order to you within this time, you will be notified as soon as possible so that you can make a decision regarding backorders.
Daisy Baby Limited will not be liable for delays beyond our control, especially for pre-Christmas consignments held up by Post Offices or freight organisations at either end.

Urgent Orders
Daisy Baby Limited will normally ship your order via New Zealand Couriers.  However, should you wish the goods to be sent with high priority, we can arrange to have your order couriered urgently within New Zealand. This will involve additional freight charges at your end. If this is the case, please contact us via email and we will provide details of additional charges.
